Every journey earns points, and points pay for seats. Your balance, your card and what your next trip costs in points are all on WhatsApp — ask and they come straight back.
Opens WhatsApp on the number you are reading this from.
Points go on automatically when a journey is paid for. There is nothing to sign up to and nothing to carry.
When you have enough, loyalty points appear as a way to pay — alongside EcoCash — and the booking tells you what the journey costs in points before you choose.
A membership number and a card you can keep on your phone. Ask on WhatsApp and it comes back as a picture.
Points stay for twelve months from the trip that earned them. Your spendable balance already has that taken off.
Your points belong to your phone number, so a web page showing them would have to prove the number is yours — a password you have never needed, or a code we send you. Both are another door to your account, built so you need not open an application you already have.
WhatsApp has already proved it is your number. That is where we answer.
